Today, RFP Mapping LLC is a licensed reseller of Digital Globe aerial and satellite imagery. Imagery is available in multiple formats and can be custom collected or obtained through Digital Globe's imagery archives. Please visit the technology section to learn more on this subject.
Since becoming a reseller of Digital Globe's aerial and satellite imagery, RFP Mapping LLC has become a strategic partner with NCDC Imaging of Colorado Springs, CO. NCDC has developed a very effective process for extracting detailed information from high resolution satellite imagery. Called Accelerated Feature Extraction, or AFE, this advanced process has the unique advantage of being able to deliver highly accurate information at a lower cost and in a smaller time frame as compared to traditional methods.
RFP Mapping LLC has also partnered with Baxter & Woodman, an engineering consulting firm based out of the Chicagoland area. As a widespread service provider, Baxter & Woodman is able to educate a larger number of municipalities in the region.
