Imagery


   Imagery is the base of the majority of our projects and we work with several different formats, including high-resolution multispectral satellite imagery, natural color photography, oblique aerial photography and hyperspectral imaging.
 






Accelerated Feature Extraction


  Accelerated Feature Extraction, or AFE, is what makes our data accurate while remaining cost effective, all with a fast turn-around time.  The effectiveness of AFE has helped many of our clients expand the capabilities of their GIS data while creating new applications for spatial information.  AFE has allowed us to deliver projects to improve stormwater and watershed management, promote smarter urban planning, and assess the value of urban forests.

Hyperspectral Imaging


  Hyperspectral imaging is a relatively new form of data collection.  While hyperspecral data is collected using a fixed-wing aircraft, it is very different from the aerial photography most people have seen.  In fact, hyperspectral images aren't meant for viewing.  Instead, this massive "cube" of data is used to identify very specific features on the surface of the earth, right down to individual species of vegetation.
